Decided to take a vid the other night getting on the highway. I've got about 1,100 miles on my first ever home built 4t65e, with some tricks and lots of advice from Dave at 3EP (BIG thank you).

This is an intercooled Z7 kit on ~9 psi, and my daily driving street tune, at high altitude in Denver to boot. She runs good and will "chirp" the tires with performance shift on (.02 amps on PCS in the tune) The trans is performing flawlessly. Now its time to turn up the boost!

Might want to put some tq management into your shifts. This is my zzp 300m which broke on a 1-2 shift.

What kind of power were you making when you broke that input shaft?

Dave builds some pretty awesome transmissions...

I miss my poly mount splitting shifts, ha.

It does have some tq mgmt in it, I think I will lower the shift pressure a little on the 1-2 shift. It is a little firmer than the 2-3.

92Bird congrats on the home built trans. First built trans that I did was with ordering all of the parts from Dave at TEP.....trans has never skipped a beat. Finally was home and able to watch the video (blocked at work). At ~9 psi you don't have to worry much with torque management or shift firmness. Like "SlowFiero" said it's only once you really crank up the boost is when you run the risk of snapping the input shaft.
