Hey guys wanted to get some suggestions as far as what is needed to safely run say 330whp-350whp at Max. I have a VS Cam build nothing big just a decent mild build, Gen V 3.4 on 91oct and 3.2-3.0 on e85 stock heads, N* TB, Prj wires, autolites 103, 180tstat, 8 rib setup, SLP headers, Borla Catback, Poly mounts, #60 injectors, Prj Tune.
I always like to over shoot on power for a Trans to be on the safe side incase I decide to mod it more.

So far I have a 7/8 chain setup a harden 4th and a 4340 IS. As far as anything else goes what else needs to get upgraded to have a reliable tranny? Do I just take it to a shop and tell me to install all stock new clutches and I will be safe?

Any help is appreciated guys. Also there is a guy here selling a sonnax upgraded valve body should I get that or have it sent to TEP and have him do mine?

Triple edge is the way to go for a great trans. You already have the expensive parts. Talk to Dave about the build because he will also build the Channel plate and valve body to your power levels.

I sent him a email last week but never got a reply back, I will most likely give him a call later today once I get off work.

But as far as everything else like the clutches do I just use the original ones but new? Also am I missing anything else here for the Trans?

He was on vacation last week. May be a little slow hearing back from him until he catches up on his emails.

I go with what Dave says...Borg Warner HE frictions usually.
