    p0700 transmission control system(MIL request)
    P0717 Turbine/input shaft speed sensor A circuit No signal.

    Got those codes today... should I be worried? any help to diagnosis this problem?

    seems like the speed sensor is not working. it maybe causing both codes. look for damaged wires at the plugs to the tranny, never know it could be that easy.
