okay dont know to much about trannys when i go from park to rev it goes smooth and then feels like it grabs it hard and kinda rocks the car before i take my foot off the brake and does the same thing from reverse to drive and park to drive and just resently when i put it in to drive it did it then when i went to push on the gas it paused and then caught and went its only done it once and ive driven it since but hasnt done it the car has been drivin hard, quick starts, and running at high speeds its been drivin at 105 mps for 20 min before a few times ive since backed off and been nicer too it lol

Travis.. likely your motor mounts are bad.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

some one else was telling me that my motor mounts being loose can also be the reason i went through so many plastic coolent elbows i went through 3 or 4 of them in like 3 months. they other day i was reving the engine a bit to try and warm it up a little and it was feeling like i rocked the whole car when i did it so i did it a little harder to make sure it wasnt wind or something and it deffently rocked the car so i think it is possible my motor mounts are going bad ive done the mod that is under easy mods to do i turned the rubber squares in the top motor mounts btw my car is an 04 gp gt2

pop the hood and shift it back and fourth, have a friend do it while you watch. my engine was moving a good 4 inches and flexing more i bet with the mounts blown. it used to jump hard when shifting it from p to r then d

also look for the engine to twist some in the bay when in reverse i think it was.

what mine looked like, you can see the bar in the mount, and the U bend bar under it that bolts to the engine. it was all free moving.

    the rest of it.

Tell the guy that said your motor mounts might be related to your coolant elbows that ....is pretty much impossible.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

lol okay bill. btw i kept snaping the upper elbow the lower one was always fine then when i switched my tensioner pully it came with new gm elbows so i used those and they didnt snap for over 3 months and then got alluminum ones. Okay so is that a lower engine mount? btw it looks like something took a **** on it but i see what you were talking about. im going to go try watching as some one shifts for me

sounds like the elbows are not being put in right, holes not cleaned well or misaligned. try metal elbows next time. ive dont mine 2 times, once cause it was leaking, then again when i did my lim, not problems yet either time. used plastic both times.

no way the mounts is causing the elbows to break.

RTV is not the best way really.

lube the O rings with some oil, slide them in a good clean hole. <<< man that sounds dirty lol
