Yeah I was excited also until first road trip that I got 24 expecting to get at least 27
Lol 24 ain't that bad to me I wouldn't trip over three mpg why would you take a toad trip with a supercharged car then again I don't trip too much about mpg my old daily driver was a Lincoln towncar on 26s now its just in the garage taking up space
I trip because I get 24 and my friends older gtp gets 28 and his g8 gt gets 23...it's not that big of a deal just expected more than I am getting so when I have to pull the trans I will switch it over to 2.93
Also it's the only car I own that gets better then 20 that's why I drive it on roadtrips
Just turbo it and enjoy the better mpg
Trust me its crossed my mind lol but for now diff gears is cheaper
Forgot that I'd posted in this thread a while ago. I took my car (With 3.29's) on a ~400 mile road trip, and averaged 29.1 MPG for the trip. Just had to keep the speed under 65, and no issue.

Yeah I'm not going to drive 65 when the speed limit is 70 hahahaha
Same here averaged about 28mpg from Cali to Vegas 300ish miles I believe and did 27-29 on cruise control at about 73mph
I've been trying to do a lean burn tune on my comp g. I was getting about 26 with highway and some in town. Now I'm about 30ish.
Man mine had never gotten that good and I am running decent cruise timing
stock I used to get 28mpg with the cruise set at 60, with 3.29's, cam and E85 I got 16.5mpg on a 300 mile trip......
Lol that's pretty darn low
