I own a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix SE (stocked) and I noticed when I go up hills or drive fast (like interstate speed. Here it's 65 mph on i84) that my transmission just sits at around 3k RPM. Even when I push on the gas sometimes it doesn't shift. It shifts perfectly fine until I get on a hill or interstate and I feel like I'm she's struggling along. It's get stuck at 3k RPM until I let off the gas and then it shifts. Is my transmission going? When I'm on the interstate and I'm doing 65, I feel like I'm doing 55. Also, when my car hits 210 on the temperature gauge, it shifts hard. Any solutions? Thanks guys.

Your rough shift when warm could very well be a PCS issue.
