    hi there,

So the passenger side axle seal is leaking on our 2007 GP base. I did a search through this forum, found many ways to change it. But would lots of fluid leak out? cause in the diy, http://www.grandprixforums.net/how-r...xle-39805.html looks like lots of fluid comes out... but i've seen other posts, and videos

You're probably going to lose a quart. However, you can minimize your loss if you hack the passenger side up as far as you can first.

Jack up just th passenger side as mentioned. it's less fluid that way.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

If you jack the car up (as you need to in order to remove the wheel and axle) then NO fluid will leak out.

I've changed both axles and seals on my 98 about 4 times each and never used a pan.
