When decelerating from 60 mph or so to make a 90 degree corner slowing down to 20 mph the transmission stays in 3 or 4 gear and bogs until I punch the throttle; then it downshifts. I have searched with no results that sound like this issue. The car is a 2001 GTP with 178000 miles on it. I did a fluid and filter change and completely flushed the fluid though the cooler line. The fluid was changed about 30,000 miles ago and the pan was fairly clean. This did not affect the above shifting problem. Maybe this is a sensor issue?
