Thread: shift kits

I'm looking to get a shift kit for my gp. suggestions?

transgo shift kit tends to be the most widely used.

is that the one ZZP sells?

It's not Zzp kit that's the Transgo...zzp is flimsy and crap avoid it.

how does the transgo compare to this one?

Thrasher kit shift a lot firmer then the trans go which personally I would avoid for a DD. Transgo also cheaper and more wildly used. If it was a track car..thrasher all the way but for a DD you will eventually start hating the neck breaking ****s.

I have a thrasher and love it. Chirping tires into 2nd is fun.

yeah it sounds fun. I'm not the kind of person who wants a comfortable ride in their DD. i want to have a fun car haha. ill probably go with the thrasher

If you need any input on it let me know it's a pretty easy install though and instructions are great with it.
