Alright guys. So this strange noise started a couple days ago. Its a 2000 gtp with 146*** miles. At cold start up it doesnt make the noise. But after a minute or two its starts ticking. It sounds like its coming from the passenger wheel well. It ticks in park neutral reverse drive 3 and 2. But when i puit it in drive 1 it stops. So thats why i think it has something to do with the trans..... i dont know. please help. thanks

Does it do this noise only when moving?

If so, it could be a lot of things:
    CV
    Yoke
    Wheel bearing
    Strut
    brakes

It may not be the transmission.

Probably just the valve train. Open the hood and see if the noise is coming from the top of the engine and if it changes with engine RPM.
