I just bought a new radiator for my 02 GT because the old one was cracked and leaking. the cooler lines do not match up on the new radiator. I have the threaded kind and it does also but the threads are smaller. Does anyone know if any adapters or if I should just return the radiator for another?

Can you remove the fittings from your old cracked radiator and put them in the new one? I think I had to do this when I swapped my rad.

FordMan77, I tried this but the fittings are actually built into the radiator. any other ideas?

Usually new rads come with adapters, double check that box.

I will check when I get home. Do you know anything about a checkball and if my year has it? Because if it did I lost it and probably need to get another
