    So had a drop or two on the floor so I look for what I been reading about and there it is, what the best way to fix the leak issue

    yup, though i heard a powersteering pump got home find out trans is low instantly filled it up. now sounds great. but i couldnt find just the o ring, all i could find was the cooling line and it was in the kit

    What o-ring are you talking about cam?

    ive read about an oring in there too, but now bill you dont think there is one? what wold the fix be

    Beats me bill.

    I figured they were alot like power steering lines on many cars with rubber o-rings.

    SO I guess I'm wrong, so be it.

    You replace the black plastic ring that clips up there and hold it in place IIRC thats what a mechanic once told me

    Well..you have a leak. So let's have you do the work to figure it out. You won't leak much in this process.

    Wiggle that black piece back down the tube. All it does is sit there to keep the clip from possibly coming out.
    Now..pick that clip out and DON"T LOSE IT. That's a dealer/JY only.
    Once the clip is out. Wiggle the line and wipe both pieces down to see if there is an o-ring in there. i know for sure there isn't one on the line.

    Or you can try and call me tonight when I'm in the garage. I think I have the fittings and a piece of line in the garage that I could take pics of and tell you what is or isn't in there.

    ill be off later and will be messing with this, new problem 500$ worth of packages that jsut went missing from the post office, so pissed currently. thanks bill for all you good advice. i always appreciate it
