Yeah, would do you good to get it scanned. A little part of me thinks you have a vac leak. When the rubber "T" off the LIM nipple under the supercharger snout rots off, you see grabbing/slipping around 60mph. Should throw a "bank 1 lean" code, if I remember correctly. That one nipple isn't usually enough to toss a P0171, however it'll screw with how it runs.

I have new plugs & wires that are only 6 months old. Car runs like a dream... Where is the T at under the charger? I just did upper, lower gaskets and coolant elbows 3 months ago... Everything still looked new..... And yes when the converter seems to chatter I am seeing 2 bars on the boost gauge.

It's the rubber T on the vacuum hoses like... 3" below the snout with the pulley on it. I suspect it may be fine, since your MAP sensor is seeing boost. Still worth inspecting.

Only two LEGO's most of the time means its leaking out somewhere.
My bet is going to be a vacuum leak as well.
If not, to add...never flush a 4T65E...don't care...ever.

It doesn't look to bad.... I think it's sealing fine. Car will still make full boost.... Went for a test drive ...... Converter Definatly locks up in drive..... Sometimes it will chatter on acceleration , sometimes it won't....... I'm beginning to think the fluid change was a bad idea lol. Lucas oil is starting to look good

drain a little bit and throw a bottle of lucas in it and see if it makes a difference at all. Can't hurt for $10.

To back up a little bit and try to find more info. about your situation... You mentioned $2,700.00 worth the maintenance work performed. What else in addition to the tranny flush was done to the car? You also mentioned the shop is reputable, not that this matters much, but that they did the flush to a vehicle with over 150k on it with no prior tranny work is not too reputable in my opinion. Also, well as saying the pumped the fluid out without pressure, but then changed filter??? So they changed tranny oil twice? If they were dropping pan to change filter, there was no need to PUMP the fluid out. So they either did something they didn't need to, or did it twice. Lol...
Anyway, I hope you find your problem and it's nothing too serious (tranny rebuild). I personally think it's a vac leak as mentioned, but over the internet ... who knows.

the flush machine i got my trucks done on, they unhook the trans cooling lines from the radiator, and hook them up to the machines lines, one line is out, the other is in, your trans pumps the fluid not the machine, and its done in about 5 to 10 minutes.
its like a blood transfusion.

Lol sorry bout that. I knew after I typed it , it didn't come out right. I don't know the order of events here, but I know for sure they change the filter... And yes they don't pressurize and pump it in, the machine meters it in using the transmission pump inside the 4r65e..... Like scottydoggs said...... The reason for this is to change the fluid in the converter since it can't be drained...... Like I said I dunno what order everything happens in..... But I know I had zero converter slippage until the fluid got changed..... I'm still not sure how a vacuum leak could cause converter chatter or slip . Can one of you guys enlighten me? I will change the rubber T though, just to start somewhere....... Ol Lucas additive is looking promising .... I used a bottle of their powersteering stop leak on a 74 Chrysler imperial and it not only cured the leak it stopped the pump squeal..... Bottle of Lucas cured it.............. No slip, no chatter........... Guess it needed some friction material in the fluid....... 156,000 clean miles and counting
