    i have no gears and and now my car makes this noise

    If you have mechanical oil pressure gauge that you can put on to look at the oil pressure, that will help
    you tell if it a connecting rod bearing. Also, if the bearing is worn enough you will see metal flake in the oil,
    give it a look.

    if its my flexplate does this sound accurate. in drive i rev some and at some point the car begins moving and then once it did that i died and wont start back up it dims all power as if just starter cant turn it over anymore.. flexplate crossing fingers

    If it were your flex. I'd expect you might see some signs of that by pulling the inspection cover for the flex. Dimming and not wanting to start sounds more like a bearing though. A bad flex typically breaks and causes noise only. Does not effect the motor or the way it runs. I could see a piece breaking and wedging the converter etc..so I won't say it's impossible for it to bind the motor...unlikely though.
