Simply put.. be reasonable and they should return that favor. Too many people are too quick to yell and scream about problems because they think that fixes the problem. It doesn't, all it does is make the person you yell at, lose respect for you.
Nicely put........yelling doesnt solve anything....yet the shop owner yelled at me today saying he's not touching my car again.....

The GM bulletin describes exactly what is happening to my vehicle.....Here
And I brought this paperwork to the shop owner who then showed it to the builder. The builder in his own writing wrote on the front page: Does not apply! I also gave them a part number and picture of the Borg Warner updated EPC and he wrote: Its already in there! So now with this evidence of his own writing of those two statements I believe I have a good solid case against the shop owner and the builder or just the shop owner since it was them whom I paid.

The BBB told me to save all my paperwork reciepts (car rental etc.) and they are going to look at my vehicle with one of their shops to validate their claims of the updated EPC and if the bulletin really does not apply to my transmission even though it does say on it 2001-2007 Grand Prix. They said that it should not be that hard to prove it does since it says it in black & white on the GM bulletin. This is strictly the rebuilders fault which is entirely transferred to the shop that charged me for the transmission rebuild. Now it will be a matter of the shop owner if he wants to cooperate or wants to pay three times my money back. It works like this: The money I paid for the trans, the money I will pay for a "real" fully updated trans, and then the third amount is for my hassle that I went thru dealing with all this B.S. In essence if the updated 4T45E EPC is not in there it constitutes as fraud then if the bulletin does apply to my vehicle then it is conspiracy to avoid a warranty claim. As far as I know the BBB assigns an investigator while at a shop who takes pictures of the internals of the trans. and get the proof they need to move forward with the case. Let the truth be told so to speak. We shall find out soon enough.

Put the car up on a lift thinking its cv shaft problem and took left cv shaft out and differential stub shaft have excessive play up & down side to side bearing noise. The reason for putting on the lift is the car doesnt move at first and then it moves forward and you hear a clunk come from the left side of the trans.
I am also having this issue I am searching for a way to replace bearings or bushings in output shaft if possible seems to me like this is the only logical explanation is play in the output shaft when the axle is in place it should not move up down left right freely thats like saying unbalanced wheels wont make your car shake??? If anyone has any answers without having to replace tranny please contact me thank you
