Hello. Just purchased 07 GXP from some crappy dealer here in Spokane WA. B4 purchase i noticed upon startup and after shifting into gear a slight hesitation/jerking and then "service ABS system flash across display. Test drove many more times, and it didn't do it every time, maybe 50 percent of times. I notified 3 of the sales persons as well as owner/ finance guy who did the deal and they said it had been looked at and was good to go. Bull. Got it home and next morning did it again. So brought it back to dealer and had their service guy hook their computer up to it and said their was 14 or 12 codes to do with transmission. but when driving it they all mysteriously cleared themselves. So with scanner hooked up, drove it and it stalled/jerked again, he said go see tranny guys. Took it to transmission shop and same ol crap. Startup, shift , stall and jerk. but once it did it it runs beutifully. Tranny expert at his shop with 35 yrs experience is stumped. Thinks maybe some funky electrical surge because of bad ground, relay, ??? Funny thing is when it jerks and says "ABS system service, Traction control off, etc" it goes away and runs just fine. Anyone experience anything like this?? I jusg bought last week and need to know if I should push hard for a fix, or try to return it, if i can find some way to. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Guys.
