my transmission has been acting a little funny, sometimes and definetly when it's cold when it goes to shift into 3rd gear you feel it going to shift and it like slips or drags out then shifts, and sometimes when I take off from a stop or while turning it will slip but if I gun it from a dead stop it doesn't slip, also if a car is in front of me and I slow down until they turn, when I go to accelerate back up my car jerks and sometimes slips doing that as well. I checked the fluid and it's full and red like it's suppost to be, had the fluid and filter changed already... some body mentioned to me the torque convertor? Could that be correct? if so how expensive and what does exactly does that do?
