Transmission Swap

I currently have a 02 gtp, The motor was swapped and is out of a 98 gs, now the original trans in the gtp is starting to slip. Will the trans from the 98 gs work in my gtp? any help is greatly appreciated im very new at this

yes it will work. the trans lines may be a smidge different, but nothing your shouldnt be able to swap.

Any idea what kinds of mods would be needed so the lines matched?

Just talk to dave a triple edge performance and have him set you up with an external cooler so you dont have to worry about **** from your old one getting in the new trans.
