my car threw a po 716 code. input turbine sensor parameters out of range. from what ive read my car should be having problems shifting and what not. where as my car does NOT have problems....it shifts thru every gear just fine, tq convertor still locks up when its supposed to. so i dont know what to do...i would look into the wiring, if i knew which group of wires affect this speed sensor...any info would be helpful. as im not really thrilled about the chance at tearing my tranny down. please any help would be helpful. im almost begging here

Do a search on the code. I think I just posted up some info yesterday for the same one.

The car can act fine, another thing is... try clearing the code and see if it comes back. Maybe it was a one time and it's no longer an issue but the code is stored.

It shouldn't. There's a gear in front of a sensor, each time the tooth passes it gets counted.
