Here are my problems, it shifts up into its forward gears fine but when Im about to stop at a redlight it jerks violently to a stop. Also when I turn into something with out giving gas it slips and then I have to slow down then it jerks into drive.

How many miles? It might be time for a pan drop and new filter...also...violent chaking might be something else...like a failing motor or transmission mount.
112k. I'm planing on a flush but if its something else I don't want to waste the monry to find out it needs a rebuild. I checked if it was a mount and its not everything looks nice. Ill probably get it flushed monday.
So my tranny completely went out last night. I can barely feel it engage like barely feel it and it wont move unless i rev all the way to 5k and it moves at like 1mph. Reverse doesnt work either. so is this a completely needed rebuid or can it be something cheaper?
I thought reverse would atlease work, In my truck all forward gears went out but reverse was fine, maybe its a FWD thing.
Buddy had that issue with his Aurora. I'm telling you...pan drop...his was way low on fluid. Like 8-10 quarts low. His did that exact same thing.
I bet it has like 2 or 3 quarts in it and needs a new filter.
I did check it when the problems rose but the level was fine?
Running right? Yea, as long as your reading the level while the car is running and then topped it off. Another thing, does it have any kind of a burnt smell to it at all? When you pull the trany dipstick out of the car while it is running, put your fingers on the wet end of the dipstick. Rub your two wet finger tips together. See if it is a burnt smell. Do you smell something burnt on your fingers? Other than that, low level maybe.
