    does anyone know if the W Body Store's shift kits is any good all the people over at 38000Pro.com are telling me that intense is the way togo anyone have anyother feedback ? im trying to order one today

    Trannyman has the Transgo kit, however I believe he also referenced the Intense kit as being pretty good as well.

    Thanks for the help, how do i tell what kinda tranny i have ? is it stamped somewhere?, sry i am kinda a newbie to the whole tranny thing.. and also how much would shipping be to st.louis area code 63125

    I got the Wbody kit.....mmmmm dont bother.

    Go with either the Transgo or the Thrasher Shift kits. I myself had the Wbody kit, and it went in the trash before being installed. 4 washers and that was it. At least with the Transgo and the Thrasher kits you can adjust the shift depending on your liking. I have the Thrasher shift kit and I am just waiting on a good time to head up to Tranny to have him help install it.

    Just my 2c on that one.
