im running a stock GTP TC and my PCM has the TCC at 50% increase for lockup. just noticed when cruising at a 40-45mph, letting of then on again that i noticed the TC isnt engaging. i can tell because while my right foot is on the gas and if i tap the brakes just gently to engage it i dont hear it unlocking as well as my RPMs dont increase a bit. if i lower the MPH to like 35mph then apply steady-light throttle it'll engage in 3rd gear. is this a sign that my TC is going bad or is it something else?

fresh scans. i did not turn off the car, just put it in park and then back to drive and drove and restarted the log. very odd if u ask me and im worried[]
    1st scan

    2nd scan
i shifted into gear 3 while not on the throttle but coasting under 40mph and drove in gear 3 up to like 45mph to see if the TC would engage in 3rd but no go and shifted back to OD and still nothing, not til towards the end when i was just applying and letting off the throttle

In your first scan the pcm never commanded TCC to apply- TCC% is zero all the way down the list. On the second scan it applied every time it was commanded. Does TCC apply in 4th if you pull the shift into 3rd to get it to apply and then manually shift into 4th? I noticed your scan shows a lot of on and off of the throttle. I have seen a few times where TCC wont apply for a while after maintaining a steady speed. If you are on the highway and have cruise on will tcc eventually apply?

dave, if u mean still maintaining throttle in gear 3 then shifting to OD-still on throttle-no i havent to see if the tcc applies in 4th gear. i always thought manually shifting was bad and if doing so let off the throttle, shift, then apply throttle again? i was on and off the throttle to see if the TCC at some random point would enage and towards the end it did. i forgot to add in the parameters in the powertuner for current gear indicator. last night when i was leaving and geting onto the highway it was fine, getting off the highway it was also working/engaging but i did not scan. i'll see if i can get another scan later today.
