    I have 145,000 on my tranny. I have lost 1st and 4th. What would cause this and would it be worth fixing with that many miles on it or should I replace the trans. Please help me. Thanks for any help.
    99 GP (SE) GT Clone, KYB AGX struts + SSC springs, GMPP sway bars, GMPP trailing arms, OTTO strut tower brace,Big 3 mod, Stage 2 voltage booster, alt rewire, 180 t stat, HID conversion, D/S rotos and ceramic pads,cold air intake, and an insane car audio setup 150+ db.

    rebuild time. most likely forward drive band failure.

    Thanks , the dealer ship said it was 1st gear silniod.
