I have a Dynotech Stage 2 Trans in my 99 gtp. I am in the market for a 04-07 grand prix.(comp g/gtp/gt) What is necessary to make this work? Valve body transfer? I know the comp g has the paddle shift. But 05 and up some have it and some do not. Would getting one without paddle shift be less of a hassle?

The best answer is you would have to swap the valve body, possibly channel plate, internal wiring harness to an 03+ (tapshift specific requires 04+ tapshift only vb and channel plate). I have a page on my website that has most of the differences between the newer and earlier models.
