Anyone know the difference between the #4RDB & #5RDB? Is One for the 2004 and one for the 2005 specific?
    This is for the GM42CW , GM # 24224256.

Did GM make a dual pattern flexplate?

What do you recommend withe the 245, the NA flex or the dual pattern one.

Any recomendations on a reman TC like Pro-King, DACCO ect.

They did make a dual pattern flexplate in the later years. 04ish and newer.

I would run the dual pattern.

Can confirm dual-pattern flexplate on 06 GXP, installed a Triple Edge HPS1 into girlfriend's gxp last November.
For Torque converter give TEP a call or Precision of New Hampton, who provides the converters for triple edge performance.

10.750in Diameter is 273mm says google. If you can fit that and afford it, Id say its your best bet.

Just looked over their site, precision does have a 10in( 254mm ) for the 4t65 also.
