Finally got around to changing the fluid/filter and installing the TEP transgo kit. Got it all filled up and it shifts fine through all gears. Which is promising since I was afraid I screwed up the accumulator install, lol. Anyways, since this trans would set the P1181 code after stop and go driving in rush hour occasionally and start banging shifts, would it be best for me to dump the battery for a bit and let it re-learn or will it figure it out on it's own?

I'd clear any codes and let it learn from scratch.
So yeah, unhook the battery for a while.

If I recall, don't the instructions actually say you should disconnect the battery anyway?

Didn't see it mentioned in the instructions but I'll go ahead and dump the battery anyway. Thanks guys!
