My daily commute is 145 miles, if I don't have to run errands or anything. So I am at a gas station too often.
Anyone added a fuel cell, or come up with other creative ways to increase fuel capacity?

Buy a Prius.
Added 5-10 gallon fuel cell would be a cool idea, just have to tap the tank for the fuel to drain down into it. I'd even put a valve on it, and just open it once you are near empty.
I'd just guess that you get 2.5-3 days from a tank of gas.
Yeah, I fill up at least 3x/week. I do a lot of other driving in addition to my commute...
I'm getting between 23-26 MPG, depending on traffic conditions, snow, etc. I think MPG is okay, I just need more M's. And something around 5-10 gallons would be perfect.
I've thought about a fuel cell. Maybe even in the spare tire well. I'm sure I could invent something (a pump arrangement, venting, etc.) but I'm just wondering if anyone has already gone down this road and could save me some invention.
Something like this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/abt-171115
Remove rear seats and any other additional weight u font need.
Buy a cheap cell and drill a hole through the trunk floor driver side so the line can meet the main fuel tank entry line and buy a 3 way t fitting to attach to.
Easily reversible if needed. And no extra electronics
