Intermittently when I auto start my GP, it will turn over, fire, run rough for a second or two then stop. Try auto start again, same thing. Get in the car and start with key, rough start but stays running. Other times the car starts and runs fine with both auto start and using the key. I have replaced the plugs and wires already and no engine light. I can't find any pattern of when or outside temp of when this happens the most. It has done it to me after sitting at work all day. It will do it to me when i shut the car off to bring my kid into day care. No rhyme or reason. I am going to try and stop by a parts store and scan for codes, but is there anything any one can think of to check?

    Clean the throttle body.

    It's your problem.

Cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor. Can't believe how much carbon buildup there was. Idles and performs much better. Hopefully this solves my problem.

I know this is an old thread, but has anybody installed a catch can to keep the throttle body clean?
