alright so i dont think my PCM is bad because i have 2 and when i swap them out its about the same result... i cleaned all the connections to my pcm, and my bcm, even unhooked my gauges and the memory wire for my amp and stuff and my meth injection and cutout, and the car runs just fine, but i keep getting an assload of check engine lights and i know not everything is going bad in this car at once, or at least i hope not, i have a zzp 1.0 pcm, (well 2 of them) but my gauge gage has been bouncing around, sometimes it works fine other time itll bounce around randomly, and my stock boot gague will like blip full randomly, and my aux boost gauge will reflect those reading sitting at like 17 lbs of vacuum and just going to like 8 psi and then back down and then like 12 lbs vacuum 3 psi and just random ****, but all this is only intermittently. cleaned the grounds and contacts for both of my batteries (have one in the trunk too, both optimas) all my grounds, and cleaned up the 2 contacts that bolt right by the trans, cleaned the MAP sensor contacts and its still doing it. and im not quite sure where to go from here. sometimes my tac doesent work, sometimes the abs doesn't work, it did this a while ago, and i just took the connectors off my pcm and put them back on and it was fine.... its throwing these codes : p0230, p0107, p0452, p0462, p0641, p1106, and p1107. the evap code doesn't make any sense because my egr and evap codes have been deleted, been driving 2 years with no check engine light and i dont even have an EGR or rear 02 sense anymore... could it be an ignition switch? should i tear apart the dash and start looking for a wire that may be grounding out or something? some chafing on the insulation and sometimes its grounding and sometimes its not? i dont know, but its too cold to be ****ing around with **** that isnt the real problem. any help guys?

Sounds like it could be an ignition switch problem to me.

he found this issue, cut wire to the pcm. another reason to not use a heat shield lol

all is back to working order.

Nope I fixed it, it was a broken wire on my harness, grounded out where my PCM plugs went through my K&N cai heat shield.
