I went through to check the tire pressure on the DIC when the weather started getting colder and noticed the left front reads 128 psi. Is this a faulty sensor or does it just need reset?

BTW I did search, but the search here sucks because it won't search for 3 letter/number words.

Hard to say, the sensor might have died.

The small TPMS scanner tool at my work can test all of them and reset them to the car. So if it reads the same as whats on the dash then I would have it replaced.

Did you try resetting it?? Not sure how 07+ are but on my 06 there is a reset option in the dic. I don't have the individual readings at all four tires like 07+ do tho so could be different

I haven't tried a reset yet. The reset on mine is where you put the key to the on position, hold lock and unlock on the remote, then go around each tire letting air out until the car honks.

I'm going to try that and see if it fixes it. If not, then I will just deal with it until I need tires.

Hmm. Well I will probably be due for tires come spring if that's the case. May just buy 3 and replace the the older ones. I replaced one two years ago. It should be okay and last long enough until I get rid of the car.
