I want a louder exhaust and was looking at cherry bomb tubo mufflers but dont know if they would cut it. glass packs would for sure be louder but which ones would be good since I'll need angled glass packs? (I know this has been covered a million times but I couldn't find anywhere what glasspacks to use)

My regal has cheapo thrush turbo mufflers and they sound great if you ask me, but my car is cammed, and not a single part of the exhaust is stock, headers 3" DP, 3" race cat, 3"x30" glasspack for resonator, then Y piped to dual 2.5in/out mufflers, C6 Corvette tips. They only cost $23 dollars each...Loud is not always good, especially with these 3800 motors. I have heard some reallllly ****ty sounding exhausts.

I am uploading one right now... A lot of wind noise, but the past few days it has been super windy here, I will get a good one as soon as I can! Also unless you are running the exact same setup as me it will not really sound the same. I heard a GTP that had just stock mufflers replaced with these Thrush Turbo's and it didnt sound anything alike, but it did sound good none the less.

I have heard lots of people say 3800 have bad exhaust notes. Stock purr is nice but not loud enough. I think I'll throw on the c bombs and see how she goes

getting rid of the cat will make it louder too. Turbo mufflers are more on the quiet end of the spectrum for aftermarkets. I would looking into some welded/chambered mufflers for even louder. Youtube is your friend, most all exhaust setups can be found on there!

This is louder but still not too loud. Gives it a little bit more rumble.

Very little if any, you can hear it under acceleration but once you hit cruising speeds it calms down. Road noise is more overpowering at highway speed, at least in mine.

Factory mufflers, 20" glasspack replaced stock resonator. First video had stock downpipe with cat, second was with a 3"zzp Catless downpipe.
