How many O2's?

Hello, I am going to be doing a tune up on my 2004 Grand Prix GT2 with the N/A 3800. It has 128k on it and it's time to replace plugs, wires, O2's, and Fuel filter. I don't have a book on this thing yet as it's in the mail, but I'd like to go ahead and order my tune up parts. How many up stream O2's are there? Looking around in the engine bay I can only find the one in the rear manifold/merge pipe. Is that the only up stream in front of the cats? Thanks for your help.

yep, only 1 upsteam o2 after the rear manifold, and 1 down-steam after the cat converter.
