I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. The transmission is on it's last leg and I'm looking to see how hard it would be to swap in a 3.8 supercharged motor and transmission inplace the original 3.8 non supercharged. Thanks for everyones help.

    Oh stop lying.

It can be done. swap PCM, harness and passenger side axle in as well and you're set.

I just did the swap to my 2003 Grand Prix GT. It bolt right up in place, like Matt said,''swap PCM, wire harness, passenger-side axle, MAF sensor. You will also need to go to ZZPerformanc, order the L67 swap kit. It comes with the MAF extention connector. Another connector is in the kit to connect the Supercharger Bypass Valve. The Supercharger Bybass Valve comes with a pink wire and a grey wire. Attention!! The GREY wire has a pin on the end, you go to the PCM you are going to use, find PIN 77 on the CLEAR side of the PCM connector (Numbered 41-80) break the ORANGE rubber seal and stick the GREY wire pin into 77 and the pink to a ''turn on 12v source'' I connected mine to the alternator connection. I just got my first start last night and it runs excellent. You will need to do a SECURITY Re-learn so the PCM lets the engine fire up. Takes 30 minutes... Insert key into ignition, turn to on position but so not start car. Leave key in that position for 10 minutes, turn key back for 6 seconds, turn key to on again for 10 minutes, turn key back for 6 seconds, turn key to on again for 10 minutes, turn back for 6 seconds, turn key and engine should fire up... If not just repeat procedure until it works.
03 Grand Prix GT L67/4T65-E(HD) swapped, Speed Daddy headers w/ 2.5'' cat(less)back exhaust, ZZPerformance PCM tune. 3.4'' pulley, 4'' fenderwell
