    I put the maf right at the tb then ran 12" of 4" PVC to my fenderwell connected to 45* then 9" filter in fender well works great now air is 20* Cooler now in intake

    3 inch coupler on the throttle body with a grommet for the PCV or whatever the hell that line is. That goes to the MAF, then another coupler to a foot of 3 inch PCV. Then a low profile Spectre cone filter sits on the end of that, completely inside the fender well, with a roof baffle and weather stripping that completely seals it from the engine bay. $35 for a legitimate sealed FWI with very little turbulence.

    Good thing everything gets stupid hot anyways and intake placement is really pointless...incase you missed where the exhaust is routed in these cars.

    my maf sits over the crossover and heat soaks rather quickly but the cold air will bring it to the right temp with one wot to 60 then timing goes up and power is more then a hai at a stop llight not to mention kr free
