My '04 (That I just got) has 91k on it. There are a bunch of scratches and pits on the heatlights, and they drive me nuts. I bought this to try:

Amazon.com: 3M Headlight Lens Restoration System: Automotive

I know it doesn't come with any protectant, but I have that covered. Will this make the lenses so clear you won't be able to tell they're anything other than new?

    Thanks!

That's what I tried too and still had all the cracks and imperfections that seemed to be on the inside. Too bad these new ones were crap. They looked identical, but the reflectors must have been at a slightly different angle, I guess. Back on with the old ones, and back with the new ones.

Yeah well to my understanding it just takes off the oxidation that's on the surface of the headlight, it wont take off any cracks that it may have.
