Not if you plan on getting a supercharged coil pack bracket...they aren't aluminum.

    i found mine on a 97 N/A olds intriuge.

Be sure to sand it and give it a couple coats of rustcheck paint.

Keep it nicer looking for longer.

Glad to know that I'm not the only one with this issue. I hate to pay the dealer $83 for this bracket. Does anyone know an aftermarket site and what is the exact name of the part?
    Appreciate the help.

    its the coil bracket.

Its a factory part, not sure how an aftermarket site would be able to help you much considering most yards only sell it with the engine.

I got mine and some other stuff for $20 whereas another yard I called wanted closer to $100 for it.

You could try searching classifieds on 3800 sites to see if anyone has one for sale though.

Did any other than supercharged GPs have this coil bracket? Or just the SC ones?

It seems early series II would have the appropriate bracket.

Is there anywhere online that i can find this mount? or do i need to go to a junkyard or something? one of the ears broke on my mount, likely from the previous owner over tightening it.

Mine broke the exact same way and i just changed it for the 3rd time just a couple of months ago. I got it off a 99 or older GP GT, put some 100lb wire around it to help support it and its good so far.

Not to hijack a thread or anything but the driver side bracket in the inside the black bushing thing cracked and made the driver side black thing ( i thinks its the dogbone) loose. Should i just get another one from a junk yard?

^ more like bringing a thread back from the dead.

The black thing is the bushing in the dog bone. They will wear out eventually and can be purchased through a vendor. Or you could pull the dog bone if you want. You could just upgrade to shorter dog bones for like $40 from ZZP, or spend the coin on the billet ones.

I know of atleast 4 GP GT's that had this just in OKC.
i replaced my aluminum one n cracked it back in half again. i was told it wasnt mounted back on right but i see that the reinstallment wasnt the issue. it is just the part. my pontiac is 2002
