As long as it isn't out of a Comp G though...

it is a comp g and it has a 3800 series 3 motor will the 97-03 trans work the told me that the differential is bad in the car

No they won't work...that is reason I said no Comp G Because it has the 3.29 gears and paddle shifters...valve body is all sorts of different too...won't work...Originally Posted by 98gtp1000
Plus the '97 trans is only capable in '97 as the '03 trans is only good for '03 cars...'98-'02 is swappable...
