I have an o8 Grand Prix base model and my scanner can't link to the ABS module. Says to check power and ground. It has power and Gnd at the wiring harness. I tried a different ABS module but get the same results. Anyone have the pinout and wiring diagram for the ABS system ?

You need a TechII or Snap-On ABS reader to see ABS codes on these cars. I had to bring mine in. Cost = $30

Somehow abs was an option and mine does not have it. So no help here.

I have the 98-03 diagram, not sure if it's the same. It's possible that the ABS stayed the same across the model break in 2004.
