I tried to fix it. The part number is 19120589.

The sticker price was a bit of a shock.

May not look to bad on an all blacked out GXP and add an air splitter on the front.

I know this is an old thread but I would avoid anything from Duraflex. I purchased a Duraflex hood about 2 months ago. The build quality was pure ****e.

It was a half inch too long, half inch too wide to even sit between the fenders, the hardware mounts were all way too small. no hood support mounts, the hood latch wasn't cutout the right direction or reinforced & filled in with literally plumbers putty that was painted over, even if you trimmed it out the latch bar was only 1 1/4 inch long when the stock hood latch is over 2 1/2. there was home depot spray can foam between the fiberglass layers and the grills in the openings was the cheap chicken wire for making your own honda civic grill.

Body shop told me they could probably make it work for more than double what I paid for it. Even then I would have had to remove the stock hood release and only use pins. Pure junk...

I did however get a full refund and they told me to throw it away after I sent them all the pictures. So if anyone wants a garbage hood that kinda seems like it should fit a 97-03, its in my garage in the box. My trash service told me they wouldn't take it.
