    It took me a while to find mine. Most of the guys that stock piled all those types of parts have left the platform. Good luck hope you find one.

    Curious - is the 7/8th chain failure-prone?
    i always hear about the reluctor wheel falling off or something stupid

    7/8 stretches
    my wheels welded on

    check out james solution to the reluctor wheel on why it does it his is more complicated vs just welding it.

    I cant recall if the 7/8" chain is the same as whats in the LS4 but in lieu of the 1" chain for the cost, upgrading to the LS4 chain is better than the oem chain in the wbody.

    ls4 has the same chain any stock gp does, its just hardened. Standard item for any rebuild, only option.

    Ls4 chains are the next best thing to a 1". I am all but completely convinced that the stock 97-03 chains are stronger than the 7/8" chain.
