are the moldings running down the center of the doors that protect the doors just double sided taped on, or is there pins or anything else holding them in place?

edit; found the answer . guess it couldnt be that easy to just pull them off, lol!

if it is the molding running along the middle of the door....take a heat gun to it to loosen up the double sided tape and slowly pull them off....clean off all exess and old tape.....be carefull not to scratch ur paint....take adhesion promoter to the back side of the modling....add new double sided tape.....clean door really well and align using the guid holes to put back on.
