    hello i have a 2005 grand prix i installed a turbo on my car but im having a proble with the vaccum lines here is a picture of my set up please let me know whats wrong ? http://i581.photobucket.com/albums/s...turbosetup.jpg

    I know nothing about turbo's but, shouldn't your vacuum lines all be connected?
    OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

    I did some looking around & found this for you;

    the probelm is that my car was not supercharged it was an N/A and N/A cars dont come with that vaccum line that you see on that picture ! do you know any other vaccum line ?

    Leave the boost controller off the car for now, run the line straight to the bottom port of the wastegate and the top port leave open.

    What seems to be the problem?

    ok so il be removing the boost controller for now thanks for that but what about the Blow Off valve vaccum line where do i get the vaccum port in a l26 ??? i couldnt find anything but the brake booster but that doesnt seem to work bov doesnt open ! any suggetions ??

    what about the port that the l26 has on the top of the lim would that one work ? that was connected to the stock intake box !

    The vacuum lines on a turbo L26 have been covered numerous times. If you search you will find what you are looking for, but you will have better luck going here:

    i did found some helpful info thanks for that but i still dont understand why is the MAP sensor connected to the vaccum lines ?? and where do you find that adapter ??

    The only time the car sees vacuum is when it is out of boost...

    oh ok thanks so i can connect my bov to my MAP portand it will work as a vaccum line ?? also i was cheking other cars and they have a line ruunning form th MAP port to the vaccum line that is close to the throttle body and then to the BOV is that how it should be done in a L26 engine ? and if it is any ideas oh how to adapt a line to the MAP port tomorrow il be posting some pics of the engine to show you guy my set up !
