Run a breather, pvc hole in the throttle body gets tapped and plugged. And then run a catch can.
Some run a hob, I think that's the word, switch to keep air moving at idle.
Some run a vacuum pump on a Hobbs switch to keep the crankcase under vacuum all the time.
Why couldn't you just put a one way check valve to the throttle body so when under vac it works normally then under boost it blocks flow into crankcase?
You can do that as long as you are sure the check valve seals.
But you still need to vent the crankcase under boost, or it will find its own vent.
Its not that its going to find a vent it's that you will dramatically increase oil blow by and likelihood of detonation from oil getting in the combustion
