Okay, So I dont know much about wheels so any help would be great! I just got my new tires and front and rear alignment today. As some of you guys may remember my tires was wore on the inside PURRTY bad! Im looking at my specs before and after the alignment and its showing my camber to still be in the negative side. When it is negative doesn't that mean it pulls towards the engine bay...hince the whole wear on the inside???

negative camber means the tops of the tires are pulled toward the engine. I believe we're supposed to run some negative camber, as it helps give you more traction in the corners, but it can wear the inside of the tire more.

Well Before they did it the camber was front driver-passenger -.72,-.76 after -.71,-.77 rear -1.53,-1.02 after -1.58,-1.02

Is that not a to much? You would think with them seeing how bad my tires was before cause I showed them that my camber would not be set to such a negative number.

Well, the thing is that camber isn't easily adjustable in these cars. You either need to elongate the bolt holes in the strut, or use cam bolts to be able to adjust the camber. I don't have the GM specs in front of me, but I can get them a little later when I get home.

ooooo well I do know the car seems to be driving ALOT better! I got to 75 on the freeway (speed limit is 70) and let go of the steering wheel and it drove fine until the wind kinda moved me over a little LOL. I just figured they would try to lower my camber since I had SO much wear on the inside. But thanks so much! And if you could find those that would be great! I would love to have that information.

I was told ours were supposed to be around .9 in the front. Not sure if that info is correct though, just what I've heard. Mine are WAY off on camber, I have one front over 2. something. Just haven't had time to get camber bolts in it and take it back for a re-alignment.
