Torque steer honestly isn't to bad....But my suspension is not stock. Upgraded everything to help account for the torque steer.

And I have very little torque management. It's fun. Still wanna get a grand national and ls swap it

A buddy of mine back in CA just had his stolen last year, they had just swapped a 5.3 in it and upgraded to 7xmm turbo I forget the specs. It was then jacked from a friend of ours shop that has cameras. I don't think they got it back.

I would rather 4.3l swap one I am kind of a purist with a few cars. My last car I sold was a 2000 Z28, ls1 with milled heads sitting at about 10.95:1 Static Compression, with a nice medium sixed cam (228/228 .588/.588 at 112 LSA) with headers and full exhaust, built auto with 3800 stall, 3.42:1 gears, she ran 7.42 @ 92.5 in the 1/8th and mph for a 1/4 street pass was 119 not on as hard of a launch that I do at the track. I will probably buy another one here and build a turbo 6.0 for it, first it's time to put money into retirement so i can retire when I want haha.

Hahaha right? His old WS6 was damn nice too.

I haven't seen you post too much in the Lounge anymore either. Not since my days of drinking then coming home and being a complete douche bag smart ass to people there. I don't know why I thought that was good entertainment.

Then again I used to race and drink, and that pretty much was my life 4 or 5 years ago.

We've all been there brother. It's a major endeavor to get any car group together, and fartbook has destroyed forum traffic. Good luck searching for tech threads there, huh? If I want a damn car show I'll back my stuff out of the garage onto the front lawn. *SMH*

Hahaha, yeah I hear that, tech hasn't been real "tech" for years now. Heck when I joined in 2008 it was not very much "tech".

Everyone seems to think that a stock 10 bolt is glass on a stock car, and that all you need is a cam, no measuring preload or ptv..

Word up on that one. Wifes car has been 6.30s on a 7.5, albeit slightly enriched with a few choice items. A4 cars are easier on parts, to a point- And a big stall helps. On the other hand, I do happen to know T56s do not appreciate 7K launches with a VDS clutch behind big power. LOL *Angel*

I have over 160 passes on my old Z28 with the bone stock rear end and those were all 7.4 and 7.5 passes, all NA very streetable and it just gave out when the new owner went to launch it with a 150 shot out the hole.
