Great video with some fascinating insight showing that even today, GM just doesn't get it. Lutz shares some examples on how the "experts" flex their "highly educated" muscles on decisions like styling ques that are mandatory for various irrelevant reasons in each brand, or cutting good ideas for stupid reasons, letting stupid ideas slide for no good reason, etc. This is why I scoff when someone tries to use his/her education to suggest their opinion on a subject is superior. Memorizing and regurgitating info onto exams does not indicate intelligence. A piece of paper doesn't prove or guarantee you are able to think on your feet and possess critical thinking skills in real life applications, which is a FAR greater indicator of intelligence. I will definitely be picking up this new book from Bob.
