They are worth the money if you ask me. I just toss some super hot water in the tank, add some super clean or simple green and let it run for 10-15+ min depending on what I'm cleaning. Makes stuff come out like new for the most part. A little hand cleaning may be required but no big deal.

I was JUST going to say Superclean for ferrous metal and simple green for aluminum. Otherwise I agree 100%.

Lol, I searched ultrasonic cleaners too when I read it here. Ive seen them used for computer parts, but figured they were expensive. That one isn't too bad.

I looks at them too. My wife had a small one for jewelry she used to use. Think that went to goodwill. Did not even think about cleaning other stuff with it. Dang.

Added a transfer pump to drain the tank. Well worth the $50. Made the last cleanout a breeze. Also upgraded the ultrasonic from a 6L to a 15L. Incremental improvements. Each tranny build takes less and less time.

5hp each hell yeah. even our waterjets are only 40hp
im digging the wash system...would be handy for the TR when i dig through #11, on # 12 now...no nasty **** till after it finally gets to a 3800 gathering...
....im not looking forward to 4t80e guts everywhere when i get around to some serious stuff besides torlon balls and drilled plates/deleted NVH bypasses
i finally have a milling machine to go with my lathe and its nice to see plenty of us loon's are still nuts about the platform and honing our skillz
i have yet to install the updated sonnax 3rd piston rofl
