It has come to my attention that my Bonne needs to have some seams in the rear panels/trunk re-sealed. Anyone have an opinion on what is a good quality body sealant? I need to stop these leaks before they start any more rust.

3M seam sealer is the best on the market.

Before I start this, do I need a special gun for this or will a standard household caulk gun work? Just though about that.

If that stuff is anything like the window urethane, a normal household gun will not work with it, you would need one of those heavy duty ones at the very least, but I would recommend an electric or air powered one.

I used a regular household one when I used some years back on my grand prix.

I did it in the summer with warm temps so that makes it easier to come out of the nozzle.

The one I got by 3m wasn't a normal caulk gun. I only needed a tiny bit so I just squished it.... lol
