I have this installed on my car:

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

how much slower is my car because I have 50 lbs of dead weight at the very back of the car? I'm thinking about taking it off and putting it on the GXP as well as the subwoofer, so taking may 90 or 100 lbs lighter out of the car.

100 lbs will make about 0.10 seconds difference in the quarter.

I took the car to the dragstrip and ran a 9.83. car wasn't going straight down the track so I had to let off. got an alignment done and car is driving much better now.

also installed a gen v blower and the big jet for the methanol injection.

I switched back to 91 octane and am driving the car everyday now. it's nice to get better gas mileage on the highway. I did pulley up to a 3.2 pulley and am running 15* of timing with no kr. another thing I'm enjoying is the lack of water/methanol that is being used while going wot. I had it set to start spraying at 10 psi of boost and go max spray at 12, that was when the car was making 12 psi of boost with a 3.0" pulley. now the car makes 10 psi of boost at max load, thus not much w/m is being used.

time for an update: i switched to 100% ethanol and 80 lb injectors. and i'm only spraying water through the water/methanol system. I built a stethoscope for the engine so I could hear if the knock was real, and it was. using the big nozzle (1000cc) the car bogged down with the E100, so I'm going to try the medium (500cc) and see if that helps. I might also set the water to start spraying later.

I bought an intercooler from Ed LaBarge and an intercooler pump which is a stewart-emp 2521. i'm going to have an icebox built with a heater core in it so I can add ice for drag racing and really get the water cold. I have the heat exchanger too, I went with a spectre cu98.
