cant run it off a power inverter thats a no,no. brick the pcm that way. a power cord from a wall is ok for reading and writing, inverter is ok for scanning tho.

7k is to low, she needs fuel up top not the beginning of boost, id guess in the 10500+ range. Needs a scan drive to see.

Took the Turbo for a spin after work. PSTTTT CHHHHHHHH.

Otherwise zero work has been done. Turbo has rear struts and rear brake calipers ready to install. Calipers are powdercoated red. They look sweet. Current ones have seen much better days.

GTP needs everything unhooked from the engine and prepped for removal... Lots to get done. Hope to get started soon.

Bullits would be nice. She was riding good. Coldest it's been and she started right up. Drove great. Pretty sure I hear the rear struts making noise tho. Nice to have those MOOG replacements ready to go.

Never tried that borascope after that one day. I got some time weekend. I'll check it out.

Worked on taking the engine apart. Just now, I took off the front head and got a look at the piston. The front three all look good. Strange that cylinder 3, middle cylinder, was showing low compression at 30psi. All 3 pistons look the same.

Idk know a lot about this stuff but it's weird to me how all the exhaust valves are the same color and #1 intake is white #3 is 1/3rd white and #5 is dark.

    maybe it's normal?
